My DigiTel is your personal digital area, bringing together all of the city's online information and services in one place. The experience is tailored to you, based on where you live, your personal profile, and your interests.

With just one click, you'll have easy access to your municipal information and a wide range of city services. You can complete tasks quickly and conveniently- without having to re-enter your personal details every time.

Who is eligible and how do you join?

To join the service, you simply need to meet two requirements:

1. Connection to the city: Your address in Tel Aviv-Yafo is registered with the Population and Immigration Authority, or you have a municipal property tax (Arnona) account in your name in the city, and you hold a valid Israeli ID card.
2. Age: 14 or older.

Please note: Residents aged 14–16 can complete the initial registration and access selected services.

You can join easily by choosing the identification method that works best for you:

• Online verification: Enter your Israeli ID number and credit card number. (Your card details are used for identity verification only and will not be charged.)
• National Digital Identification System: If you've already registered for an online government service (for example, daycare registration or a disability parking permit), you can use the same login credentials.
• Video call with the service center: A representative will verify your identity remotely and activate your account.

If you're between the ages of 14 and 16: During the identity verification stage ("How would you like to verify your identity?"), simply stop at that step.

What services are available in My DigiTel?

• Property Tax (Arnona): View and pay your property tax bills (including detailed bill information), check your discount status, and track existing requests.
• Traffic & Parking: View and manage your residential parking permit, view and pay parking tickets.
• Notifications & Requests: Track your municipal service requests and view notifications from all municipal departments.
• My Neighborhood: Find information about your street's cleaning schedule, waste collection, and neighborhood services.
• Events & Benefits: Search and register for events and benefits offered by municipal and partner organizations, and view your tickets.
• Education Services: Access education-related information and activities, and track open education requests.
• Social Services: View your relevant social services office, access your welfare file, and register for volunteer opportunities.
• Planning & Construction: View planning and engineering information by address and see nearby building permit applications.
• Early Childhood: View Mother and Child Health Clinic (Tipat Halav) appointments, contact your clinic, find nearby play centers, and discover activities for young children.
• 60+: Access information on senior centers, announcements, and activities relevant to older residents.
• Classes, Libraries & Leisure: View and register for classes, find nearby municipal cultural and leisure facilities, and sign up for a library membership.
• Emergency: Access all municipal emergency information in one place.
